Welcome to Spin Talk man! I think redemption time is the most important. Followed by game selection. People want to see Pragmatic and Hacksaw at the very minimum. Many people are going to say promotions are most important, but I would disagree. Crypto casinos don’t do any great promotions, but they are the choice for many due to the game selections and instant cash outs. Those are the 2 things I would focus on. Good luck on your casino venture!
Customer service response time for me is HUGE. Of course player give backs and giveaways and contests! And having a stable platform and great game selections
what is something that most social casinos fail to execute properly on?
Hands down, transparency (or, “being transparent”). But, I say that in a very general sense where it encompasses all things that can be said to be “lacking a sensible explanation” or rather, a “clear and direct explanation”. Whereas, any one of their attorneys would argue that they are “fully transparent” in their terms of service, so to say most are not transparent, I am referring more simply to just keeping it real, being straightforward, or telling you how it really is.
But, it’s an inherent part of their business, the entire business model of a “Sweepstakes casino” hinges on operating through legal loopholes. So, while we might sometimes know or think we know that some of the real reasons for why certain things happen or don’t happen and may ostensibly be something else, we’ll probably never hear a sweepstakes casino be openly straightforward about things like how they determine your eligibility for a bonus that you didn’t get but your friend did, the reduced amount of a bonus you received based on your recent play, or why there’s a delay in the processing of your redemption (probably the most common).
What makes a casino great as opposed to a lackluster one? Game selection? RTP? Redemption minimum? Withdrawal time? Better Responsible gaming?
I think this can be generalized by saying that what makes a casino great is the experience it provides. But, I suppose if this question is asking what my personal opinion is, I would say easy access of funds or in the case of sweepstakes casinos, quick and easy redemption process and the offering of provably fair games where it’s not just slots. That’s not to say a great casino could just be a site that only offers in-house games using a provably fair system or that I don’t enjoy slots from time to time, but at that point we’d have to consider what is intended by the meaning of “great”, as in, great for entertainment or great for, dare I say, making a profit?
