High5 support issues

Anyone else have any experience with high5 support? I’ve been locked out of my account for weeks now, and so far all my attempts to get support to help have gone nowhere. I login with google, and it says I’m not authorized and /or wrong password. All I can find is an email for support and the first time the guy tried to walk me through changing my password, which was useless and kind of insulting. Zero response from any of my replies. The second attempt, she wanted me to try and login with my wife’s email address for some reason and change my password via some link. I referred my wife to high5 but otherwise no idea why they would suggest using her email. And of course zero responses to any of my replies. Anyone have any suggestions for what I should do? No idea why I’m locked out in the first place. Another email to support seems pointless if it’s not gonna get any responses, so I figured I’d ask the community.

Maybe a long shot but I once had a similar issue (for golden gate hearts website) that was resolved by disabling a google chrome plug in. Out of nowhere it was causing the site to give me a “wrong password” error and preventing my log in

Your situation sounds odd though hopefully their support can actually help you out
